As Zeta’s loyal companion and official ambassador, he ensures every customer is greeted with charm, calm confidence, and the occasional approving snort. From his favourite position near the displays, he keeps a careful watch over daily operations and maintains his own high standards of comfort and presentation. He considers it his responsibility to thoroughly inspect new fireplace displays, monitor customer reactions to feature walls, and position himself strategically in the warmest spots in the showroom. Ever attentive, he helps create the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes visitors feel instantly at home. His mornings are best spent enjoying a Costa while overseeing proceedings, though all professional duties may be temporarily suspended if a biscuit is involved.

Jon is the owner of Camden Fires and proudly took over the business from his dad, who founded the company and built its reputation from the ground up. Carrying on that legacy has always been important to Jon, and he’s played a key role in shaping Camden Fires into what it is today, combining traditional values with a forward-thinking approach to design and innovation. With a strong passion for craftsmanship and quality, Jon is hands-on in ensuring Camden Fires continues to deliver the highest standards in both product choice and customer service. His goal has always been simple: to help customers create warm, welcoming spaces in their homes, with stoves and fireplaces that look as good as they perform. When he’s not working, Jon enjoys travelling, keeping busy with property projects, and looking out for the next big business opportunity.

Zeta is the Operations Manager at Camden Fires and plays a huge role in keeping the business running smoothly day to day. Working closely alongside Jon, she’s involved in almost every part of the operation, making sure everything behind the scenes is organised, efficient, and running exactly as it should. From managing schedules and coordinating the team to overseeing customer journeys and making sure nothing gets missed, Zeta is often the person keeping the wheels turning and the standards high. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, capable approach, she’s known for keeping the team on track and ensuring Camden Fires delivers the service it’s known for. Outside of work, she’s a cold-water paddleboarder, loves a long beach walk (usually with Mr Juno in tow), and is our unofficial in-house natural remedy expert.

Jan brings over 20 years of experience within the industry and has been a highly valued addition to the team. With outstanding technical knowledge and a strong understanding of both products and customer needs, she plays an important role in supporting clients with expert advice and practical solutions. Highly respected for her professionalism and approachable nature, Jan is always on hand to offer trusted guidance across both sales and technical enquiries. Outside of work, Jan enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who certainly keep her busy. She also loves to travel and is always looking forward to her next adventure.

Teejay plays a key role in keeping Camden Fires running smoothly online, managing everything from website sales and customer support to SEO, blog content, and the day-to-day admin that keeps the back office organised. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of what customers need, she helps ensure the digital side of the business stays efficient, up to date, and performing at its best. Whether she’s improving the website experience, creating new content, or keeping things ticking over behind the scenes, Teejay is always focused on keeping Camden Fires visible, professional, and easy to shop with. Outside of work, she’s all about family life, days out, and travelling whenever possible, as well as proudly supporting her two teenage daughters in everything they take on.

David began his career as an apprentice and quickly proved he was built for the trade. With a strong work ethic and a natural ability for stove installation, he progressed rapidly through the ranks and, within just a few years, was confidently leading installations himself. Known for his calm approach and attention to detail, David takes real pride in delivering high quality work and making sure every job is finished properly, safely, and to the highest standard. With solid technical knowledge and hands on experience across a wide range of installations, David is a key part of the team and someone customers can trust to get things right first time. Whether it’s a straightforward install or something more complex, he’s always focused on precision, compliance, and a clean professional finish. Outside of work, David is a die hard Newcastle United fan and loves being outdoors whenever he gets the chance, often heading off camping and making the most of his time away from the tools.

Stu joined Camden later in life, bringing with him a wealth of practical experience, a steady attitude, and a proper hands on approach. He’s the kind of person who can turn his hand to almost anything, and he’s become one of the most dependable members of the team. While he’s often seen supporting installations and working behind the scenes, Stu regularly takes the lead on specialist technical tasks and problem solving on site. He’s widely known for his expert knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to find solutions when jobs get complicated. Whether it’s fine tuning an installation, supporting the team with tricky technical questions, or helping ensure everything runs smoothly day to day, Stu is a real fountain of experience and someone everyone relies on. When he’s not on site, he’s usually painting, helping style the showroom, or heading off exploring the Lakes and Scotland. And if that wasn’t enough, he also teaches archery in his spare time, proving he’s just as skilled with a bow as he is with a toolbox.
