Warranty Information

All Burley wood burners come with a 5-year warranty on the stove body (metalwork only), giving you long-term peace of mind.

What’s Covered

  • 5-Year Coverage applies to the stove body only.
  • Valid when installed and used correctly, with approved fuels and no over-firing or over-aeration.

What's Not Covered

The following consumable parts are not included under warranty:

  • Grates
  • Fire bricks
  • Vermiculite panels
  • Baffles
  • Log guards
  • Door rope seals
  • Stove glass

Other exclusions include:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or transit
  • Fitted or incorrectly installed stoves
  • Cosmetic issues with light bulbs or plastic/glass parts
  • Costs related to rental-use products
  • Service calls due to installation errors

Warranty Process

If you need to make a claim:

  • Contact your original supplier
  • Provide your proof of purchase and appliance serial number
  • Claims must be made before installation if damage or defects are found
  • Service Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am – 4:30pm

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Please ensure your stove meets the local regulations if used outside the UK.

Delivery Information

Due to their size and weight, all Burley wood burners are delivered via a palletised service.

  • Kerbside/front door delivery only
  • Please ensure two people are available to move the stove safely indoors
  • Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days, depending on stock. We’ll contact you after ordering to confirm availability or inform you of any delays.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right once it arrives. If you wish to return your Burley stove, our returns policy is here to help.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • If already installed, returns may not be accepted
