Warranty Info

All E-Ferno electric appliances are supplied with a 1-year parts and labour warranty against manufacturing defects. Customers can also register for an extended 4-year parts-only warranty by completing and returning the warranty registration form within 1 month of purchase through an authorised dealer. Warranty cover applies to domestic use in the UK, is valid for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase must be retained. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with all instructions and building regulations. Certain exclusions apply, including consumable parts (e.g. bulbs, fuses, batteries), incorrect installation, misuse, and environmental damage.
