Dura Flue Chimney Liners

• 316 Liner: 15-year warranty
• 904/316 Liner: 30-year warranty
Covers faulty manufacture or materials (domestic use only). Must be registered within 30 days by a HETAS installer using the warranty card. Only approved fuels allowed.

To claim, issues must be assessed by the original HETAS engineer and reported within 14 days, along with registration, photos, and maintenance records.

Orders over £500 + VAT qualify for FREE next day delivery (if placed before 1:00pm). Orders under £500 + VAT incur a £25.00 + VAT pallet/van charge or £16.00 + VAT for economy delivery (2–3 working days).

“Next day” delivery is not guaranteed and operates between 8:00am – 6:00pm. All next day orders must be received by 1:30pm. Later orders may dispatch same-day but aren't guaranteed.

We currently cannot offer free delivery to certain postcode areas including PO30–41, GY1–8, JE1–4, GY9–10, IM1–9, and BT1–94. Please contact us if you're ordering to these locations.

If your item arrives damaged, sign as “damaged” with the delivery driver and notify us immediately with photos to support a claim. Claims may be rejected if damage is not reported at delivery.
